The most thrilling part of doing this kind of business, for me, is receiving customer comments, suggestions and feedback.
As consumers, it's very rare that we get the chance to speak directly to the person(s) responsible for our experience, be it positive or negative.
As the owner of the business and the candle-maker as well, it's important to me that patrons have the ability to tell me exactly what they think. Even more important to me, are the suggestions for how to make products even better...more desirable or effective.
That's why, at every candle party I throw, there is a suggestion box and comment cards readily available.

(Reply: " I'm so glad, D.B.! Your suggestion to outline the edges in a contrasting color was innovative and exciting to try. Palm wax can sometimes become brittle and it was a challenge to get a crisp edge. By all means though, candles are made to be burned! You know where to find more *wink* ")
